About the presentation
As the skilled labor force continues to decline, automating manufacturing processes is increasingly more critical to stay competitive into today’s manufacturing world. Automation is one of the most effective ways to increase efficiency and produce consistent higher quality products, while reducing costs and eliminating error in your manufacturing process. However, simply adding automation systems does not come without its own challenges and complexities. Connecting multiple different machine tools, gauging systems and robots, monitoring and software systems, each with its own unique programming application and communication protocol, historically requires a dedicated team of champions to program and maintain the operations…until now!
In this presentation, we will introduce a revolutionary new software solution that can connect and control all the different devices and operations in your manufacturing environment. This solution can handle a simple operation of parsing a single piece of meaningful data or controlling a single operator interaction to connecting and controlling all the devices in a fully automated manufacturing cell. This technology is equipped with an inventory of pre-built device drivers and building blocks of operations that can be seamlessly connected through the drag-and drop design interface. The software’s inherent flexibility and graphical programming allow it to be easily modified as process requirements change.
We can use this technology to:
• Connect devices and operations on a shop floor
• Automate and simplify manufacturing processes
• Guide and verify operator interaction and process flow
• Data inter-change
