Learn about the presentation
Maximizing the collaboration between automated solutions and human ingenuity in manufacturing is essential to heighten operational efficiency, increase productivity, and achieve substantially profitable cost reductions. When properly deployed, integrated automation empowers manufacturers to counter labor challenges with efficient unmanned operations while fulfilling production demands and optimizing available shop-floor space.
This presentation will explain how integrated automation vs. after-market add-ons can accelerate your shop’s productivity to produce more parts at the end of the day. Introducing manufacturing equipment with integrated automation, part loaders, and material storage systems into your shop enhances your ability to deliver increased parts and throughput while growing your bottom line with satisfied customers!
This discussion will cover key savings, upfront costs, and ROI of an automation investment through case studies comparing integrated automation options vs. after-market add-ons.
Key takeaways:
- Recognize essential automation metrics for evaluating return on investment.
- Explore the impact of tailored, fully integrated systems in boosting production speed and accuracy for order fulfillment versus after-market add-ons.
- Assess strategies to improve process automation for unmanned production in CNC machining and metal fabrication.
