Mori Seiki offers A 24-hour spare parts guarantee for customers in the United States and Canada. If a machine is inoperable due to part failure, Mori Seiki will ship a replacement part within 24 hours of receiving the order or the part is free.

The 24-hour shipment guarantee applies to the original purchaser of any Mori Seiki machine installed after January 1, 2008 and is valid for 10 years from the date of installation. Some exclusions apply. moriseiki.com
