Designed for clean room environments, THK's new Type CKR Actuator offers low dust generating and corrosion-resistant features. The Type CKR incorporates a unique sealing mechanism that achieves cleanliness of Class 4 under the ISO14644-1: 1999. The CKR has externally mounted suction couplings for particle collection. AFE grease is utilized to generate an extremely low level of particles. To resist corrosion, the LM rail and ball screw of the Type CKR are surface treated. Based on design of THK's Type KR LM Guide Actuator, the Type CKR is compact, rigid, and accurate. The CKR Actuator offers positioning accuracies of 0.010mm, overall rail lengths from 100mm to 940mm, and stroke ranges of 41.5mm to 808mm.
