An adjustable right angle high speed spindle has been added to IBAG's Micro Line for Swiss machining applications.
Ideal for high speed slot milling and cross drilling, the new 25mm diameter spindle is adjustable from ±30°, features spindle speed range to 80,000rpm, infinitely variable, with oil mist lubrication. The spindle mount adapter is available for 25mm, 22mm, 20mm and 19.05mm mounting diameters. This new right angle spindle utilizes synchronous DC motor technology and delivers 109W peak power and 84W continuous-duty spindle power. Micro Line spindles feature high rigidity and ultra precision (less than 2µm runout) for dramatically enhanced surface quality and high machining accuracy that is required for complex and stringent micro-machining demands.
