AFAB, Lake Forest, Calif., a manufacturer of precision machined parts and assemblies, has recently added two new members to its management team. Chad Jackson has joined AFAB as production manager and Ryan Marsh is the company’s new quality supervisor.
Jackson comes to AFAB with more than 20 years of manufacturing experience, from machinist to machine shop manager, including experience in quality control, manufacturing engineering, and training. As the new production manager, he will be leading AFAB in production efficiency, improved reliability, and overall quality.
Marsh will lead AFAB’s quality department, supervising QC inspectors, upgrading quality procedures, and improving in-process and final inspection and testing of assemblies and components. He will also be instrumental in assisting AFAB in its goal of obtaining ISO 9001-2008 certification in 2014.
“I am delighted to have Chad and Ryan join our growing management team,” says Larry Campbell, president of AFAB. “Their presence will help to elevate our operation to increased efficiencies, consistent quality, and more responsive customer service.”
