Automatic bandsawsoffered in wide range to fitspecific tasks

Knuth Machine Tools will display their line of automatic bandsaws featuring heavy welded frames for maximum rigidity and hydraulic drive feeds. Knuth-USA offers five fully automatic bandsaws, Models ABS 280B, 320B (powered by 2 HP motors) and high-performance, dualcolumn Models 350B, 450B and 550B (powered by 3, 4 and 5.25 HP motors, respectively). High-performance models are equipped with tungsten carbide-tipped band guides, dual coolant nozzles and twin rigid column guides for highly-accurate parallel cuts. All models feature adjustable saw frames that can be adapted to the requirements of the specific material being cut and the saw band being used. An adjustable cutting height dead center setting results in minimal height clearance between workpiece and band. A bulk clamping feature and programmable pre-set length and number of pieces controls simplify high-volume cut-to-length operations. Standard equipment for all Knuth-USA automatic bandsaws includes automatic band break control, band wiper, coolant system, sawband, operating tools, and manuals.
