For simpler
handling
and assembly
tasks, as well
as light-duty
machines,
Rexroth now
offers an economical rail
solution that can handle heavier
payloads. The new eLINE Ball Rail
System is constructed of aluminum,
coupled with ball raceways made
with roller bearing steel, allowing
for low weight, high corrosion resistance,
compact design, and equal
load capacity in all four directions.
Due to the flexibility of the aluminum
alloy, the new eLINE Ball Rail
System can handle minor mounting
surface deviations, evening out roughness or small parallelism
discrepancies between rails. The
eLINE Ball Rail System is available
in sizes 15, 20, and 25 with single
piece rail lengths up to 2000mm. Users
can also choose between accuracy
classes N and E, with or without
pre-load.
