The ML 10 Gold Standard laser interferometer system from Renishaw Inc., provides linear position resolution down to 1 nm, range of up to 80 m, and accuracy of ±0.7 ppm over the full environmental operating range (0° - 40°C). That versatility permits calibration of both large and small motion systems with state-of-the-art precision.
Renishaw's patent-pending LS350 laser beam steerer optics allows rapid setup and alignment. Users simply slide horizontal or vertical control levers on the LS350 to steer the laser beam into alignment in both horizontal and vertical planes.
