Cogsdill Tool Products Inc. has acquired E-Z Burr Tool Co. E-Z Burr will continue to operate as an independent entity out of its Livonia, Michigan, facility.

Applications Engineer Chris LaFleur will deliver technical support to users of Edgecam and Surfcam brands. After earning a degree in mechanical engineering in 2001, LaFleur joined Surfcam reseller DM Solutions Inc., where he provided pre- and post-sales support for Surfcam Traditional, Surfcam, and other software packages.
