Nextremity Solutions Inc. has entered into a letter of intent to acquire substantially all of the assets of Lakeland Technology Inc.
Lakeland Technology is an ISO 13485 certified contract manufacturer with a focus on quality. Its engineering staff assists with design for manufacturability (DfM) and specializes in manufacturing implants, instruments, complex assemblies, prototypes, and custom surgical instruments.
Nextremity Solutions’ i3 Strategic Solutions strategy focuses the company’s efforts on product development and micro-commercialization of innovative technologies. Nextremity is committed to delivering Revenue Ready solutions that include effective packaging, delivery systems, marketing, and educational support while providing products with proven sales and clinical efficacy.
