
Robotic loading series
The Okuma Robot Loader (ORL) series includes three products designed to load and unload workpieces from new and pre-existing Okuma machines. The ORL-D – Okuma Robot Loader – Drawer is a drawer-style workpiece storage unit with a standard template holding up to 92 workpieces. An optional template can be purchased holding up to 180 smaller workpieces. The ORL-R – Okuma Robot Loader – Rotary is a disc-style workpiece storage unit with a variety of template options holding up to 166 workpieces. The ORL-MC – Okuma Robot Loader – Machining Center is a workholding and workpiece storage unit for up to 288 workpieces. It features patented MultiGrip workholding allowing users to automate multiple OP10/OP20/OP30 part numbers in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing.
The compact ORL products require only 8ft to 9ft of floor space. They each use FANUC industrial robot arms and grippers that can hold a payload up to 25 lb.

Wireless digital indicator
The No. W4900 wireless digital electronic indicator is a precision measurement gage featuring touchscreen technology, multiple resolution and color settings, digital and analog readouts in the same indicator, seven languages, and wireless output. It has a 1" range and an accuracy of ±.00012" with resolutions of 0.001"/0.0005"/0.0001"/0.00005".
The indicator features a Corning Gorilla Glass screen and has been successfully shop floor tested including drop, vibration, cycle, and thermal testing. It has an auto-on feature enacted via touchscreen or indicator stem and an auto-off feature based on a desired preset time, as well as a rechargeable, long-life battery.
Starrett W4900 indicators are designed for use with industry data collection devices and systems such as Starrett DataSure 4.0.
