Manchester Tool Company's MTCSeparator Xtra (MTC-SX) cutoff inserts in 4 mm feature a "double V" design for maximum stability and application- specific geometry that minimizes cutting pressure and delivers superior surface finishes.
The MTCSX inserts also deliver extended insert life and according to the company are highly cost-effective. Designed to increase speeds and feeds for all cutoff operations, MTC-SX inserts exclusively fit MTC integral shank toolholders.
MTC-SX inserts are available in four grades: M40 (-36), M43 (-13), M45 (-33), and M93 (-34).
