Humanoid robotics spinoff

SCHUNK has created a spinoff company for its humanoid robotics technology. SCHUNK Humanoid Robotics GmbH aims to develop modular humanoid robot hands for industrial applications, with focus on the next generation of a modular, anthropomorphic 5-finger gripping hand with an integrated wrist and forearm. Designed as a scalable component for the industrial use of humanoid systems, a new prototype is already nearing readiness for use.
SCHUNK has decades of experience in flexible gripping technology and has been opening new fields of application with its 5-finger gripping hand for more than 10 years. The new spinoff consolidates its expertise in humanoid robotics, expands their availability, and enables faster transfer of innovations into market-ready products.
Lightweight, ergonomic cobots

Comau introduced MyCo, a family of six lightweight collaborative robots (cobots) with payload capacities ranging from 3kg to 15kg and reaches between 590mm and 1,300mm. Designed for quick installation, intuitive programming, and easy deployment, MyCo cobots help manufacturers shorten lead time, simplify integration, and adapt rapidly to changing production requirements. With IP66 protection and advanced collaborative safety features, the cobots deliver reliable performance even in demanding industrial environments.
MyCo cobots can be easily integrated into dynamic production settings. Their ergonomic design enables close human-robot collaboration, improving operator well-being while optimizing floorspace utilization and operational safety.
