Automated sorting loader

The FG3015 sorting loader automates part sorting and handling with precision. Featuring servo-controlled operation, edge detection, sheet separation, and a FANUC-based flexible manufacturing system (FMS), the FG3015 supports lights-out production. Its multi-pad vacuum arm automatically adjusts for part size, shape, and material, enabling micro jointless parts production and sorting of mixed part sizes during the same cycle. Programmable stacking patterns streamline downstream processes while the compact right-side layout conserves shop space.
The FG3015 offers flexibility in sheet metal automation, integrating sheet loading, parts sorting, and skeleton unloading to improve efficiency and reliability. Despite being the largest in the FG series of machines, the FG3015 maintains a space-efficient design, sharing the same layout as its counterparts. The right side features raw material, finished product, and skeleton stations while the left side offers manual load and unload options.
Humanoid robot for industrial applications

Techman Robot unveiled its first humanoid robot, TM Xplore I, engineered for demanding industrial tasks such as inspection, loading/unloading, and warehouse logistics. TM Xplore I integrates the NVIDIA Isaac GR00T foundation model for robotics with Techman Robot’s proprietary artificial intelligence (AI) vision technology and is powered by the NVIDIA Jetson Orin platform for high-performance AI inference and edge computing.
The humanoid robot features a wheeled mobile base for enhanced mobility, more than 22 joint degrees of freedom for agile and human-like operation, and a quick-change end-effector system for rapid task reconfiguration.
