DuraMaxTM features the VAST XXT sensor and can be used in any size workshop or inline process control. DuraMax is suited for process control on the production floor, for the quick in-between inspection of small workpieces, and for testing volume parts directly in production. DuraMax replaces traditional measuring equipment such as height gages, ring gages, snap gages, plug gages, form measuring machines, workshop measuring equipment, and manual measuring machines.
The VAST XXT scanning sensor scans with high speed and provides dimensional information on the part features. DuraMax withstands rough environments and demonstrates its high stability over a broad temperature range of 65° to 86°. While measuring, the passive vibration damping offers protection against mechanical vibrations from production.
