DYMAX MAKES FLOOD LAMP IMPROVEMENTS

The warranty for DYMAX flood lamp bulbs has been doubled—these bulbs now come with a 2,000-hour warranty. DYMAX offers two types of bulbs for UV curing. P/N 36970 produces a broad UV spectral distribution suitable for inks and thin coatings. P/N 38560 provides a greater concentration of long-wave UV and visble wavelengths for thicker bond lines and potting applications. For visible light curing, DYMAX offers P/N 36658 which may be used with visible curing adhesives for UV sensitive applications. DYMAX offers two versions of its 400W UV flood lamp, the 2000-EC , and the 5000- EC. These flood lamps provide 1-second to 30-second cures for any of the hundreds of UV curing adhesives, sealants and coatings that DYMAX offers.

A new curtain material for the DYMAX ZIP Shutter has been developed, a material that results in longer lifetime before replacement is required.
