Single platform chip handling, coolant recovery and monitoring systems, the ConSep Plus and MagSep Plus, combine several technologies into a modular, expandable system. The systems provide automatic, precise control of volume and conditions of water-soluble cooling and lubricating fluids in metal working machine tools. ConSep Plus is designed for use with stand-alone machine tools and in either cell or FMS configurations. The ConSep Plus can also be fitted with the optional feature of a high pressure coolant package, which includes the AT Cleaner.
MagSep Plus is a dedicated system for handling cast iron chips and fines. Like the ConSep Plus, it is outfitted with the coolant management function and can also be fitted with the optional high pressure coolant package and AT Cleaner.
Both the ConSep Plus and MagSep Plus units can sense the machine tool load and automatically change belt speed, minimizing coolant loss from chip carryout. New technology in both units continually monitors and records the state of liquid in the coolant tank.
