Expanded line of Royal Filtermist mist and smoke collectors to be exhibited

Royal Products is displaying an expanded line of Filtermist Mist and Smoke Collectors designed specifically for the metalworking industry. The Royal Filtermist eliminates oil mist and smoke produced in applications such as turning, milling, and grinding. Benefits to shops that equip their machines with the Royal Filtermist include a safer work environment, less machine downtime, and the ability to increase production by running machines at more aggressive speeds and feeds. The Royal Filtermist also helps factories meet OSHA and NIOSH air quality standards. The current Royal Filtermist FX-Series incorporates a number of design improvements over previous models, including greater efficiency, improved airflow, lighter weight, and reduced maintenance requirements. Units are available in four sizes ranging from 275-1200 cfm. The Royal Filtermist can be direct-mounted, suspended from a factory ceiling, or mounted on a variety of stands and brackets to suit virtually any machine. Stainless steel models are available for aqueous part washers and food-industry applications.
