3M Rite-Lok Medical Grade (MG) instant adhesives is designed for reliable assembly of the various material combinations that occur with medical devices. These USP Class VI Certified adhesives offer one-part structural strength formulation to help improve production and end use. Some of the typical applications for Rite-Lok MG adhesives include hearing aids, ventilators, syringes and stethoscopes.
Rite-Lok MG adhesives provide an extremely fast curing time for handling strength in 3 seconds to 30 seconds.
The adhesives perform dependably even on difficult-to-bond plastics and rubbers - such as PVC, ABS, nylon, EPDM, Santoprene and Viton - whether together or in combination with metals and/or composites.
The use of Rite-Lok MG low-odor adhesives reduces the need for sophisticated ventilation and their low bloom/frosting levels provide a more visually-appealing product.
Rite-Lok MG adhesives have been tested for extended resistance to flexing, impact, vibration, peel and humidity.
They are formulated to compensate for differential coefficients of thermal contraction and expansion.
Rite-Lok MG Adhesives are available in a wide range of viscosities - from wicking to gap filling - with sizes matched to your required volumes, whether for prototyping or final production.
