SmartScope Quest 250 from Optical Gaging Products (OGP) is a fully automatic, benchtop, multisensor dimensional measurement system with unique TeleStar optics for the highest measurement accuracy.
The patented fully telecentric TeleStar zoom lens provides consistent feature sizes anywhere within the field of view, at any magnification.
Designed as a multisensor system, SmartScope Quest 250 uses video, touch-probe, laser, or micro-probes to completely characterize a part in a single setup. Since touch-probes and lasers excel at measuring surfaces, and video excels at measuring edges, multisensor measurement provides more information about complex parts than any single sensor system can.
Feather Probe adds micro-probing with milligram-level probing pressure for small features on fragile or sensitive parts. Rainbow Probe is an innovative white-light scanner using spectral analysis for high-accuracy 3D surface topography. Laser sensors add another non-contact surface measurement capability.
