Millstar's new high-feed (HF) program features profile and contour milling cutters with more stringent geometric form designed specifically for high-speed and high-performance machining applications. The HF program is available in a large selection of cutting diameters – 2mm to 4", and handles interrupted cuts while providing tremendous versatility.
Millstar's high-feed tooling can be used in diverse applications including: Roughing of all softer materials from mold steels to Titanium alloys; Nickel-based alloys and Stainless steel alloys when combined with Millstar's XRN coating; and Roughing of heat-treated materials up to 60HRc when combined with Millstar's HSN coating.
