PETER KNOWLES, PRESIDENT, ANNOUNCES THE FORMATION of a new division, HIRSCHMANN Automation LLC. HIRSCHMANN offers numerous solutions for automation ranging from simple automatic loading stations to full six axis robots.
This new division, located at HIRSCHMANN U.S.A. Headquarters in Elgin, IL., will be led by Michael P. Rogers, who was recently named President of the new division.
Rogers is responsible for the formation of the company sales, installation and software development for products that concentrate on automation inquires and applications.
Rogers most recently was the HIRSCHMANN Regional Sales Manager for the Midwest, a position he has held since 2003. In addition, during that time he was responsible for all HIRSCHMANN automation projects throughout North America.
In this new position Rogers reports directly to Knowles and is located at HIRSCHMANN Headquarters. Reporting directly to Rogers is Neil Nolte, Manager of Software Development.
HIRSCHMANN Engineering, U.S.A. Inc is a FANUC Robotics authorized system integrator and offers their own CMS Cell Master control software for automation and monitoring.
HIRSCHMANN Engineering U.S.A. Inc is also exclusive importer of all Oelheld GmbH fluids that include Ionoplus synthetic dielectric fluid and SintoGrind TTS high-speed synthetic grinding fluid.
