Bishop-Wisecarver Corporation is
displaying their DualVee Integral
Bushing (BWI) and stud shaft (SWI)
wheels, featuring a one-piece configuration
where the wheel bearing
inner raceway is ground into the
wheel bushing or wheel stud shaft.
The advantages of the one-piece design
compared to the conventional
two-piece guide wheels (wheels
with separate bushing or journals)
include lower profile, increased rigidity, and larger diameter fasteners,
producing greater torque and external adjustment and tightening. The SWI
and BWI DualVee wheels are available in carbon steel, stainless steel, and
polymer over-molded stainless steel construction.
