The full-color brochure and resource CD present a multitude of solutions to help medical manufacturers implement lean manufacturing techniques. Lean productivity planning guides in the kit include, for example, an industry-specific medical brochure, a guidebook detailing the nine principles of lean manufacturing, and the Efficient Material Flow in Lean Production guidebook. The kit also includes How to Optimize Your Assembly Operations and the 7-Step Ergonomic Guide.
In addition, the kit contains a 20-minute video of an in-booth lean seminar presented at the Assembly Technology Expo; product catalogs on Manual Production Systems (MPS), Aluminum Structural Framing, TS 1Conveyors, TSplus Conveyors, and TS4plus Conveyors; and information on seven types of waste.
