Twin-spindle gundrilling machine with independent spindle control
The Eldorado M30-30T twin-spindle gundrilling machine has independent spindle control, enabling two separate drilling cycles to be performed at the same time. A separate 6.5" (165mm) control screen is installed on both sides of the machine for operator access.
Featuring a 5/16" (8mm) diameter drilling capacity and a 30" (762mm) maximum drilling depth, the M30-30T has precision-ground ball screws and high-speed cartridge spindles to improve drilling performance. The machine incorporates flame-hardened and ground cast-iron boxways and hand-scraped spindle housings (instead of linear guideways and milled surfaces), resulting in vibration damping, extended tool life, and improved hole accuracy and surface finish.

Multi-tasking machine software
GibbsCAM multi-tasking machine (MTM) software provides turning and multi-axis milling functions for programming MTMs in a single, shop-friendly interface. The GibbsCAM Machine Simulation module optimizes tool motion before sending CNC programs to the machine. A library of more than 1,800 post-processors supports standard and Swiss-style MTMs from nearly 100 manufacturers. Each post-processor has been developed for a specific combination of MTM machine, machine options, machine control, and shop-process preference.

Back working spindle for Star Swiss-type machines
The IBAG 25mm back working spindle for 60,000rpm Star Swiss-type machines with grease-packed lubrication or 80,000rpm systems with oil-mist lubrication feature a high speed cutting (HSC) motor spindle for machining applications involving micro-milling, drilling, engraving, and fine milling. Rigid, precision bearings near the spindle nose enhance true running, assuring better surface quality and machining accuracy.
A ready-to-install kit for Micro Line spindles includes the supply unit and all electrical and pneumatic lines for precision radial drilling, milling, and tapping.
