Acquisition combines software, regulatory solutions

Greenlight Guru, provider of software solutions for the entire medical device life cycle, acquired medtech startup Ultralight Labs. The acquisition brings together Greenlight Guru’s regulatory expertise and Ultralight Labs’ fast-moving product development approach to offer medical device companies better support from early development through global launch. This combined offering is helpful for software and product development teams operating on fast timelines.

Ultralight Labs was founded to reduce friction and complexity for early-stage software-in-a-medical-device (SiMD) and software-as-a-medical-device (SaMD) manufacturers, developing solutions to help them navigate regulatory challenges.
