Real-time machine tracking solution

The EZ-SmartTower is a machine tracking solution designed to increase efficiency by streamlining ROI analysis of machine tools. Offering real-time machine analytics, the EZ-SmartTower enables businesses to make data-driven decisions and maximize productivity without requiring specialized expertise.

With the EZ-SmartTower, machine shops can monitor and analyze production data of up to 30 machines from a single, centralized computer. Its modular, scalable design allows easy integration with CNC lathes, mills, and other machinery. It accurately logs machine cycle counts; records idle, cycle, and error times for spindle efficacy tracking; and captures operator, machine, and part data for comprehensive analytics.

LED indicators display current cycle and idle times for easy real-time monitoring, while WiFi connectivity enables real-time data transfer. With the free EZ-SmartTower software, users can generate reports in charts or Excel format for detailed analysis, providing valuable insights into shop performance and operational trends. The UB Series Linear DC Resistance Weld Controls are engineered for precision, connectivity, and automation readiness. The latest generation of the UB resistance welding power supply platform incorporates 40kHz closed-loop feedback for fast, accurate control of current or voltage. This high-speed sampling ensures precise energy delivery and stable waveforms, resulting in improved weld consistency, reduced part distortion, and higher process reliability. The new Weld to Displacement feature automatically ends the weld once a programmed displacement target is reached, providing enhanced control for delicate or variable features.

The UB Series is designed for benchtop use or integration into a fully automated system with an integrated 10" high-resolution touchscreen or optional remote display for flexible installation in production cells. Modern industrial communication protocols enable Industry 4.0 integration. Chuck jaw force gauges

The Jaw Force Gauge allows users to accurately measure the force applied to each chuck jaw independently so problems can be diagnosed and corrected before failure occurs. Poorly gripped parts can be dislodged by tool pressure, but the Jaw Force Gauge enables manufacturers to verify rated jaw force, identify potential safety hazards, and establish a maintenance schedule.

Jaw Force Gauges have a force range of zero to 30,000 lb, making them suitable for chucks from 6" to 18". They’re simple to install and easy to use with chucks from a wide variety of manufacturers. The gauges help identify if internal chuck parts are worn or broken or if chuck jaws aren’t obtaining full travel and may need disassembly and cleaning. They also help users determine if an air or hydraulic actuator requires adjustment to correct leakage or bypass, or if line pressure needs adjustment for proper part chucking.
