The Litematic high-resolution precision digital contact system from Mitutoyo America handles high-precision measurement of fragile, easily deformable workpieces.
With an ultra-low measuring force of 0.01N (1gf), the Litematic delivers a high-resolution of 0.01/0.1/1.0 µm (selectable) together with an extremely high-accuracy of up to 0.5 µm. Spindle travel rates are also adjustable.
The Super Litematic VL-AH model uses a laser hologage for even higher accuracy of up to 0.15 µm.
All Litematic models employ low thermal expansion materials to minimize distortion due to temperature variations. The motorized test cycle further improves gage R&R by reducing operator influence.
