System speeds going from prototype to production.
Modular fixturing, such as the Demmeler system, reduces setup time, improves part quality, and eases transitioning from prototype to production for medical products ranging from wheel chairs to special-production hospital beds, to large MRI machines and small exercise machines.
The Demmeler system for welding comes with a range of components that let medical shops fixture virtually any part. In a matter of hours, such shops can assemble angles, spacer blocks, clamps, positioning and clamping bolts, and universal stops into ready-to-use welding fixtures.
The system's five-sided steel table provides flat, square surfaces to within 0.0004 in./ft and bores located within ±0.001 in.
