Mori Seiki has signed a distributorship agreement with the German machine tool manufacturer, Gildemeister AG (DMG), for sales and service activities in Japan. Having gone into effect on October 1, 2009, Mori Seiki will take responsibility for sales and service activities regardless of whether the product is from DMG or Mori Seiki. Based on the skills and expertise transferred from DMG Nippon, Mori Seiki will also take care of servicing DMG machines in the field and fulfilling customer requests, such as after-sales service, spare parts or training. moriseikius.com
