The TESAVISIO 500 high accuracy multi-sensor measuring system with PCDMIS software is available in two models - the Value and the Universal - to meet a wide range of measurement and inspection needs. Utilizing a CMM bridge design on both models, they are mounted on air bearings that are controlled by a newly designed joystick, providing rapid motorized positioning of the X, Y and Z axes.
The TESAVISIO 500 Value is available as a standard vision measuring machine, a multi-sensor measuring system with touch probe measuring capability, and can be converted into a touch probe CMM by removing the ring light and attaching either the TESASTAR m M8 or TESASTAR i M8 probe kits. Consecutively, these are programmable manual and motorized articulating probe heads.
The TESAVISIO 500 Universal model is available as a multi-sensor system with optical measuring capability, a TTL laser sensor and touch trigger probes.
Both models include a motorized 12x zoom, color camera and come standard with the new white LED multi-ring/ multi-segment ring light, back light and coaxial Illumination.
Parts up to 400mm x 500mm x up to 300mm (16" x 20" x up to 12") - depending on configuration - can be measured on both models. Speed is 300mm/sec2 with acceleration of 1,400mm/sec2 in the X and Y axes with speed of minimum 0.05mm/sec, maximum 200mm/ sec, and acceleration of 1,000mm/sec2 in the Z axis.
