Schutte will be featuring its new SIGS software to aid in the grinding of medical broaches. This new software eliminates the use of a CAD system and related programming required by competitive equipment for complicated tooling. With this software, broaches can be programmed either at the machine or offline utilizing menu driven PC programs. The WU 305 TREND machine will also be exhibited, featuring a multi jaw chuck that allows for the grinding of different style and shank diameter in a regrinding environment.
