Power supply unit for static management

The Hyperion 906 24V Power Supply Unit (PSU), a compact, high-voltage AC power supply with 24VDC input, was developed to support static management equipment in manufacturing settings. It’s particularly useful in medical device manufacturing, where static electricity can create problems or advantages depending on how effectively it’s controlled.
Compared to traditional PSUs, which can be susceptible to voltage fluctuations, sags, and surges, the 24VDC input used by the Hyperion 906 improves stability, reliability, and compatibility with modern control systems. The input is universal, allowing it to be used with standard adapters without needing to specify different models for different regions or equipment. Its adjustable output voltage of 2kVAC to 7kVAC can adapt to the needs of different materials and applications. It can power up to four pieces of Meech AC ionizing equipment simultaneously, offering flexibility for a variety of industrial settings and line configurations.
The Hyperion 906 was developed to address common challenges such as energy inefficiency, complex equipment configurations, and harsh operating conditions. It performs reliably in extreme heat and high humidity, with a tested operating tolerance up to 85°C (185°F). Built-in temperature and fault monitoring can automatically shut the system down in the event of an issue, while remote alert capabilities help detect problems early and support proactive maintenance strategies.
The PSU includes smart features such as remote control, health monitoring, and standby mode, making maintenance easier, cutting energy use, and keeping equipment running reliably.
