Tapmatic's RCT is the solution to long standing production tapping problems – it makes high production tapping easy, straight forward, trouble free, simple. The RCT allows higher speeds through low impact cushioned drive. Its unique "non-reversing" coolant system delivers higher internal coolant pressure. Constant speed tapping provides longer tap life by not reducing speed in the middle of the cut. Machine spindle wear is reduced by eliminating two machine reversals per tapped hole and the RCT uses only 25% as much energy machine reversal tapping for reduced power consumption costs.
