DMG Pfronten Success
The 5,000+ attendees at the DMG Open House in Pfronten, Germany, in February 2012, viewed live demonstrations on more than 70 machines from DMG and Mori Seiki, touring the DMG Pfronten facility, attending seminars, and having one-on-one consultations in industry-specific arenas.

Of interest to the medical sector was the DMU 65 monoBlock Next Generation, a 5-axis version of the universal milling machine with a significantly narrower rotating bridge – which comes into importance when manufacturing small components, and particularly true when milling at a negative angle.
