Comco’s line of micro-abrasive blasters offers the accuracy and control needed to clean excess encapsulation material from pacemakers, texture dental implants, remove PTFE coatings on guide wires, and effectively deburr PEEK implants.
The ProCenter Plus, a clean and quiet microblasting work chamber uses advanced downdraft technology and comes equipped with an easy-to-replace HEPA filter. Convenient powder removal from the extra-large storage hopper ensures a clean, easy-to-maintain work area. The ergonomic design allows the operator to sit comfortably at the WorkStation with convenient parts-loading access and increased visibility through the large-hinged window.
Featuring chair-height access and wide hand holes with a comfortable, flat, cushioned base, operators have a greater range of motion than conventional irises allow. Operators do not need heavy, awkward gloves if this all-in-one unit is partnered with the Comco AccuFlo blaster. The large viewing area is well lit, and an optional magnifier can be installed for viewing small parts.
Comco’s ProCenter Plus combines all necessary accessories into one self-contained system on wheels that is convenient for any workplace. It rolls easily through a standard doorway and has a footprint of 30" x 34".
