CMM’s state-of-the-art wire EDM, CNC lathes and milling capabilities, and in-house tooling support, can reduce project lead times while gaining valuable insight into the overall product challenges, ultimately improving production cost. Every process used in the manufacturing of devices includes detail process flowcharting, process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (pFMEA), Master Validation Plan to define the requirements for IQ/OQ/PQ, PPQ, and other methods employed as needed. CMM LLC specializes in electrical and mechanical assembly and if required Class 10,000 Cleanroom assembly.
