Tooling tables feature builtinbooster forclamping

The Kitagawa X and MR Series from Tec- Nara Tooling Systems offer robustness, high production capacity, and an array of guaranteed accuracies. The tables in both series are compact and versatile. All Kitagawa X and MR series tables feature a worm gear module that provides a large area of contact between the worm and wheel gear. A new alloy is used, further reducing wear along with a special cross roller-bearing that prevents displacement under load. Accuracy is guaranteed within 15 or 20 seconds in most models and X-Series tables also feature a built-in air booster for clamping. The booster is designed for NC rotary table application and provides a clamping force of 1,918 ft-lbs. with air pressure at 71 psi.
