The Quick Vision Active space-saving, easy-to-operate vision measuring system offers advanced functionality to meet a range of contact and non-contact measuring needs.
Efficient and flexible, Quick Vision Active presents a wide field of view with interchangeable objective zoom lenses for measuring small to large features. The 8-step zoom lens can magnify items 0.5x to 7x while maintaining crisp image quality. The 1x option achieves magnification of 0.5x to 3.5x with a working distance of 74mm. The 2x option delivers magnification in a range of 1x to 7x.
Quick Vision Active provides measuring ranges of 10" x 8" x 6" (250mm x 200mm x 150mm) or 16" x 16" x 8" (400mm x 400mm x 200mm), with or without the touch-probe measuring option. QVPAK software uses edge detection and pattern recognition to locate and orientate the coordinate system with minimal operator input, ensuring accuracy and repeatability of the measurement results.
