Abrasive Technology LLC, a leading developer and manufacturer of super abrasive products for the dental, aerospace, medical, and industrial end markets, has announced the acquisition of Precision Swiss LLC (Cincinnati, OH), a swiss machining and milling company.
“The acquisition of Precision Swiss is a key piece towards Abrasive Technology’s future growth to expand our capabilities through enhanced functionality in our market segments,” says Clement Wiekrykas, CEO of Abrasive Technology. “We look forward to welcoming and integrating the Precision Swiss team into the Abrasive Technology operations.”
Precision Swiss will now operate as “Precision Swiss, an Abrasive Technology company.” Ron Hinks, founder of Precision Swiss, will continue to oversee the operations and will serve as its Product Development and Applications Engineer. “I am very excited to join the Abrasive Technology family and look forward to the future growth of Precision Swiss operations through the support and technical expertise of the Abrasive Technology organization,” Hinks says.
As part of the acquisition, Precision Swiss has moved its equipment and operations to a larger facility to support future growth. The new address is 10311 Julian Drive, Cincinnati, OH 45215.
