Adaptive Technology Solutions Inc. (ATS) officials are pleased to announce Manufacturing Pays, a series of free training programs throughout Ohio. This training series is designed specifically for veterans; individuals unemployed or under-employed; and those people that have a background in a non-manufacturing environment, and have an interest in pursuing a well-paying job in the manufacturing industry.
The program will be Nov. 4-8, 2013, from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m.
This five-day program provides attendees with the basic knowledge of
- What is CNC machining?
- G-code programming – what is it and how to write g-code programs
- CAM (computer aided manufacturing) programming
Training materials will be provided. After completing this program, each attendee will receive a certificate of completion and a license of Edgecam with yearly updates and training.
