CITCO Tools, one of North America’s largest manufacturers of custom engineered cutting tools, has moved to a new state-of-the-art facility located at 7605 Discovery Lane, Concord Twp, Ohio 44077. The modern facility combines 13,290 square feet of office space and 35,510 square feet in manufacturing space, located on over 8 landscaped, green and treed acres. The company was previously located in Chardon, Ohio for the past 72 years.
The Concord Twp. facility is strategically located in close proximity to routes I-90 and State routes 44 and 2. Within the new facility, CITCO Tools will optimize the space allocated for both production and office spaces. Here CITCO Tools will manufacture polycrystalline diamond and polycrystalline cubic boron nitride cutting tools, diamond and cubic boron nitride grinding wheels and diamond dressing tools of higher quality levels and productivity, in a more efficient facility designed to support lean manufacturing and incorporating optimized material flow, optimized manufacturing processes and resource efficiency. Both manufacturing and office spaces are temperature controlled with positive interior air pressure. Utility and environmental systems can be remotely managed adapting to the environmental standards of the future.
