To support our ongoing commitment to continuous quality improvement and production efficiency, Baril has implemented new high-resolution, high-speed machine vision inspection capabilities at our Haverhill, Massachusetts headquarters.
The system delivers:
* Higher density of inspection
* In-line inspection
* Highly accurate Cpk values
By employing in-process inspection, the system enables Baril to identify failures and out-of-spec conditions early, allowing prompt corrective response, reduction of material waste and yield improvement.
The system also enables the inspection of laminate components before they are assembled. This provides the unique ability to inspect materials that would otherwise be blind during typical post-assembly visual inspection.
