New Features Focus on Customers and Engineers
Pittsburg, CA - July 26, 2006 - Today, Bishop-Wisecarver Corporation, manufacturer of the original DualVee® guide wheels and industry leader in guided motion technology, unveiled its new web site, complete with a fresh, professional new look, easier navigation, and several exciting new features aimed at making engineers’ and Bishop-Wisecarver customers’ jobs easier.
The new web site includes a host of equations and conversion tools that engineers will find very useful. The company also provides a comprehensive list of FAQs to speed the design process. A full library of application stories and product manuals are available for view and download.
The new site provides more detailed product information than ever before, and online ordering of all component-based products is now available. Existing customers can use their current login information to access the new online ordering system. New customers can register on the site to receive login privileges. Once registered, orders are processed according to established individual customer pricing data. The site accepts Purchase Orders, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
"Our commitment to excellence in customer service was considered during every phase of the design process," says Pamela Kan, president of Bishop-Wisecarver. "We wanted to make their experience on the web site every bit as intuitive as calling their representative on the phone."
A rather fun feature of the new site is the company blog, where one can find anything from tips on wine, books and music to engineering advice and assistance.
As before, the Bishop-Wisecarver site offers 3D CAD drawings, catalogs and other product information.
The company’s web site address remains www.bwc.com.
