CNC Indexing Acquires MTA International

CNC Indexing & Feeding Technologies, provider of rotary tables, high pressure coolant systems, bar feeders, oil skimmers, and other CNC machine tool accessories has purchased MTA International, which imports, distributes, and services a wide range of bar feeder and bar loader systems. 

The transaction, completed on April 1, 2013, has been seamless and immediately beneficial, according to CNC Indexing president Jamie Schwarz. “Combining the resources of the two companies enhances service and support for all of our customers and distributors,” he says. CNC Indexing will conduct barfeeding equipment business out of MTA International’s facility in Cincinnati, Ohio, and Earl Botkins, owner of MTA International for more than 25 years, will remain as a consultant to Schwarz.
