Elk Grove Village, Illinois - Fagor Automation Corp. announced that Dan Chovan has joined the company as the customer support manager. 
He comes to Fagor with more than 30 years of experience within the machine tool industry at both the OEM and distributor market levels.
As the customer support manager, Chovan’s responsibilities include the overall success of the corporation’s relationship and support level of various OEM & distributor accounts both onshore and offshore. Additionally, he is responsible for the continued business development of machine tools imported with Fagor Automation products by identifying OEM market needs and appropriate response strategies.
