Villa Park, Illinois – HAIMER USA recently launched its HAIMER Competence Center Partner (HCCP) program. HCCP is a partnership program which provides premier benefits to a select group of our most technical distributors. As a part of this program, the Partners must complete a comprehensive classroom and hands-on technical sales training.
The HCCP training focuses on HAIMER’s core product categories including toolholders, shrink fit technology, cutting tools, balancing technology, and 3D-sensors and emphasizes a hands-on approach to best practices in machining. Partner training utilizes a mix of core product presentations, informative videos, hands-on balance and shrink machine training, demonstrative CNC test cuts and roundtable discussion to create a diverse and interactive program.
Benefits of the HCCP program include a premier discount structure, enhanced sales collaboration, shared sales leads, marketing assistance and quarterly sales reports.
Since its original inception in April of 2016, HAIMER has hosted two large groups at their new North American Headquarters. HAIMER USA’s 25,000ft2 facilities includes a large customer lounge and bar, state-of-the-art training facilities able to accommodate up to fifty people, and an expanded showroom with a CNC machine for demo cuts. Both training facilities and showroom are wired with HD cameras for live and web-based presentations.
“After 6 months we are already seeing significant returns on our increased collaboration with our HCCP partners. The shared technical capability is clearly being perceived as a value-add for our customers,” stated Brendt Holden, president of HAIMER USA.
