H&T Presspart, a division of the Heitkamp & Thumann Group, reached agreement to acquire a majority stake in Plas-Tech Engineering, a privately-owned medical device manufacturer based in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.
Plas-Tech Engineering is recognized as a trusted partner for complex, high-precision medical components and devices. The company focuses on the design, development, and manufacturing of parenteral syringe systems and medical devices for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries leveraging advanced molding technologies and design-for-manufacturing expertise to accelerate route-to-market of complex products.
The acquisition expands H&T Presspart’s manufacturing footprint into the United States and reinforces the company’s vision of being the most trusted and customer focused manufacturer of drug delivery devices in the world.
