Chicago, Illinois – Lista officials announce that the company will again be raising funds for the Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) at this year’s International Manufacturing Technology Show (IMTS), a to be held at Chicago’s McCormick Place, Sept. 8th -13th, 2014.
Lista will be teaming up with Vidmar to once more to fundraise for the WWP, which provides aid to injured service members and their families. A donation will be made for each person who signs the “Warrior Wall” during the show at booth W-2514. Lista hopes to have at least 550 participants in this year’s IMTS fundraiser. The funds from this event will be added to those raised by other Stanley Black & Decker business’ fundraisers, with a minimum of $250,000 donated to the WWP during each year of SBD’s partnership with the project.
The vision of the Wounded Warrior Project is to foster the most successful, well-adjusted generation of wounded service members in the United States’ history. They work towards this goal with programs that support the physical, mental, and economic needs of wounded veterans at all stages of the recovery process.
